Please review the following job description:

Provide compliance and regulatory services to McGriff teammates. Areas of responsibility may include carrier/intermediary approval and contracting, broker service agreements (fee agreements), outside producer agreements, business associate agreements (BAAs), non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), surplus lines taxes, insurance licenses, carrier appointments, and other compliance and market conduct matters.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Specific activities may change from time to time.
1. Perform detailed work for assigned team as it relates to insurance industry compliance and regulatory issues.
2. Provide support to other McGriff departments that require assistance relating to insurance industry compliance and regulatory issues.
3. Maintain ongoing development of knowledge on compliance and regulatory issues and keep abreast of current trends, new developments, practices and regulations for insurance industry compliance.
4. Establish and maintain accurate and organized electronic files, records and documentation.
5. Coordinate reviews and audit requests as assigned.
6. Meet established timelines in performance of all duties.

QUALIFICATIONS
Required Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience
2. One year of compliance or other appropriate work experience
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build internal relationships and problem solve accordingly
4. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as a team member with minimal guidance
5. Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Insurance industry knowledge and experience with various lines of coverage (Commercial, Personal, Employee Benefits, Title, etc.)
2. Ability to work autonomously day to day
